Adam Kamieniak

Adam Kamieniak is a marketing executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in building and leading organizations at the intersection of business, technology, and creative services. He is the founder of ANDx, a full-service marketing agency, where he works with companies to develop strategic, data-driven growth initiatives.

Originally from Łódź, Poland, Adam holds a degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and an Executive MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, with a focus on marketing. His early career includes leadership roles at Ameritech, SBC, and AT&T, where he developed expertise in large-scale operations and strategic planning.

In addition to his professional work, Adam is deeply engaged in cultural and nonprofit initiatives. He serves as Chairman of the Paderewski Symphony Orchestra and Academy of Music, where he focuses on strengthening the organization’s mission, expanding its reach, and elevating its institutional presence.

Adam is passionate about supporting the arts, promoting Polish cultural heritage, and creating opportunities for young musicians to develop and thrive.
