Arie Zweig

Honorary Chair

From 1997 to 2026, I had the great privilege of serving as president of one of the most important professional music institutions within Chicago’s Polish community. During these years, the dedication of our staff and volunteers, together with the generous support of private and corporate sponsors, made it possible for tens of thousands of Chicagoans to experience the richness and beauty of music through our work.

As I reflect on the many concerts, events, and extraordinary performers we have presented, I am filled with pride and gratitude for what has been accomplished. The quality of our performances, the commitment of our team, and the unwavering support of our community have shaped the success of this remarkable journey.

Our audience - now more than 500,000 strong - continues to affirm what we have always believed: that people of every background share a deep and genuine need for art and music. The ability to bring communities together through music has been both our mission and our greatest reward.

After nearly three decades of active service on the board, I have stepped back from my day-to-day leadership role and entrusted these responsibilities to the new chairman. While I no longer serve in an active leadership capacity, I remain closely connected to the organization and will continue to support its mission and future growth.

I warmly invite you to join us as we continue this journey, strengthening the role of music as a bridge between cultures and helping to build a future of greater cultural appreciation and mutual respect.
