Bogna Solak is an entrepreneur and business leader, best known as the founder of Oak Mill Bakery, a family-owned business she established in the Chicago area in 1986. Originally from Poland, she built the company from a single neighborhood bakery into a recognized multi-location enterprise, known for its European-style pastries and commitment to quality and tradition.

Deeply engaged in the Polish-American community, Bogna supports initiatives that promote Polish culture and heritage. She serves on the Board of the Paderewski Symphony Orchestra (PaSO), contributing to the organization’s mission of advancing Polish musical traditions and expanding access to the arts.
