Ewa Turowski

I was born and raised in Łódź, Poland. I graduated with a  master's degree in architecture from the Technical University of Lodz , Poland. Additionally, I spent some time studying architecture at the Technical University of  Mainz in Germany.

In 1986, my husband, Grzegorz Turowski, and I emigrated to the United States. After spending ten years on the East Coast, we eventually settled in Chicago.

Classical music has always been close to my heart. I grew up in a home filled with music and singing, which shaped my lifelong appreciation for the arts.

In 2014, I was honored to accept an invitation to join the Board of the Paderewski Symphony Orchestra.

I am grateful that through our shared efforts we are able to support music education for young people while also promoting Polish culture beyond the borders of our homeland.
